How do I reserve a spot in the clinic?

Registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Registration Form must be completed, and payment made via online transfer.

Payment must be received within 7 calendar days including public holidays. After that, your spot will be released to others.

What is the Cancellation & Refund policy?

All payments are not refundable.

In the event of thunder & lightning, we'll move indoors. If needed, we may adjust the schedule to complete the program. We'll try our best to accommodate everyone's availability. However, refunds will only be considered (at the sole discretion of Winner Takes All Sdn Bhd) if a large portion of the clinic couldn't be completed due to severe weather. No refunds for no-shows.
Can I order an extra Jersey Kit (Jersey, shorts and socks)?

Yes, you can.

Players can order a maximum of 1 extra jersey kit at RM150.00. The Original Jersey Kit size and Extra Jersey Kit size will be the same.

In the Registration Form, you will be given the option to add an Extra Jersey Kit to your order.

When will the Jersey Kits be delivered?

Jersey Kits will be distributed to Players at the clinic registration on Day 1.
Who is the Real Madrid Foundation Clinic for?
-
The Clinic is geared toward boys and girls ages 5 to 17 and of all abilities.

Players must be under 18 years old at the time of the clinic.
Who are the coaches?
-
Official Coaches from Real Madrid Foundation will come exclusively to conduct the training sessions in Kuala Lumpur, International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL).
How do you set up the practice groups on the first day?

All Players are separated by age. Within the first two days, the Players are all evaluated by Real Madrid Foundation coaches and switched to a more fitting team based on their skill level.
What is the ratio coach/player?

1 coach for every 20 - 25 players

What to do in case of inclement weather?
-
In the event of inclement weather during the camp, all Players will be asked to leave the field to the designated indoor area. The Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Malaysia will conduct indoor activities and events until the weather is safe to play. All Players are advised to bring their own indoor and futsal shoes should this situation occurs.
Are parents/guardian allowed to visit during training?

Parents can visit during training sessions as long as they do not interfere in the program. There are sitting areas and F&B area available for their leisure.
Are meals included in the clinic cost?

No, Players must bring their own meals/snacks. Food and beverages are available for sale.
What does each Player need to bring?
-
Players must bring: Football boots, individual water bottle, sunscreen, shin guards, meals / snacks and isotonic drinks.

Please also bring indoor shoes and futsal shoes in case of inclement weather.

What will happen if my child gets injured during the camp?

Injuries are unfortunately a part of contact and collision sports such as football. A fully qualified professional will always be on site to assess the injury and treat them accordingly.

What is the detailed itinerary for the Clinic?
When is the Opening and Closing Ceremony?
-
Opening Ceremony: We will be conducting a joint Opening Ceremony for the U-12 and U-18 teams on Day 1 at 11:00am. U-12 players are required to stay back after their session in order to attend the ceremony.

Closing Ceremony will be held on the LAST day (Day 3) of the clinic, where all Players will be awarded their Certificate of Completion.

All Players MUST attend the OPENING & CLOSING ceremonies. Players will only receive their certificate of completion at the Closing Ceremony.
