Are you the official Real Madrid Foundation Clinic?
Yes, we are the Official Real Madrid Foundation Clinic. This opportunity is provided by Winner Takes All Sdn. Bhd. who is the Official Partner of Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Malaysia.
What's included?

The Real Madrid Foundation Clinic uniform which includes jersey, socks, and shorts.

3 Days of training with Official Real Madrid Academy Coaches traveling from Spain.

Players will be provided water during the breaks, which occur between sessions to ensure the footballers stay hydrated.

Footballers will receive a Real Madrid Foundation certificate for the completion of the Clinic.
Can I order extra uniform?
Unfortunately for this Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Malaysia, each participant will receive only ONE set each. Make sure to order your size through the registration and payment process.
How do I reserve a spot in the clinic?
Registrations are on a first come first serve basis. The registration form must be completed and payment made via online transfer. Please click "Register Now" for more details. A final confirmation will be sent once payment has been received.
How do I make an online payment?
As above. Payments are to be made via online transfer to Winner Takes All Sdn. Bhd.
Our bank details are listed under the registration form. Please complete the form FIRST before paying the amount.
If you have any problems paying with our platform, please contact us via Whatsapp (+60 12 920 2358). Unless it is a genuinely emergency situation, please refrain from making voice or video calls as we wish to maintain written records of all communications. This is to avoid any misunderstandings.
What is the client Cancellation & Refund policy?

All payments are not refundable.

However, please note than in the event of thunder & lightning during the clinic, we will move the clinic to indoors facility or classrooms. As soon as it becomes safe to continue the clinic outdoors, we will proceed to do so.

In a worst-case scenario, the schedule of the clinic may need to be adjusted in order to complete the program. In this case, we will make every effort, on a best effort basis, to accommodate everyone's availability. Please be cooperative with us.

However, in the event that you are unable to attend such adjusted schedule in order to complete the clinic, there will be no refunds.

Refunds, either fully or partially, will only be considered at the sole discretion of Winner Takes All Sdn. Bhd. in a scenario where the overwhelming portion of the clinic couldn't be completed due to thunder and lightning.
When will the uniforms be delivered?
Uniforms will be delivered to the players at the clinic check-in.
What age is the Real Madrid Foundation Clinic for?

Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Malaysia are geared toward children ages 4 to 17.

To be clear, we are not allowed to conduct the clinic for anyone who is 18 years old on the date of the event.

The clinic is for boys and girls of all abilities.
Who are the coaches?
Official Coaches from Real Madrid will come exclusively to conduct the training sessions in Kuala Lumpur, International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL).
How do you set up the practice groups on the first day?
All participants are separated by age. Within the first two days, the participants are all evaluated by Real Madrid coaches and switched to a more fitting team based on their skill level.
What is the ratio coach/player?
1 coach for every 20 - 25 players
The practice field, is it natural or artificial grass?
Artificial turf
What to do in case of inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather during the camp, all participants will be asked to leave the field to the designated indoor area. The Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Malaysia will conduct indoor activities and events until the weather is safe to play. All participants are advised to bring their own indoor and futsal shoes should this situation occurs.
Are parents/guardian allowed to visit during training?
Parents can visit during training sessions as long as they do not interfere in the program. There are sitting areas and F&B area available for their leisure.
Is lunch included in the camp cost?
Lunch is not included in the cost. All participants must bring their own lunch in an adequate lunch box. There are also F&B area available for an alternate option.
When do participants eat lunch?
The lunch break is available from 11:15am - 12:15pm after the U12 (AM session).
The U18 (PM session) are more than welcome to join the lunch break first, before starting their camp session at 12:15pm.
What does each participant need to bring?

Players must bring: Football boots, individual water bottle, packed lunch, sunscreen, shin guards, a healthy snack, and isotonic drinks.

Please also bring indoor shoes and futsal shoes if any case of inclement weather.

Please bring your signed Liability Waiver Form.
What will happen if my child gets injured during the camp?

Injuries are unfortunately a part of contact and collision sports such as football. Our fully qualified professional nurses will always be on site to assess the injury and treat them accordingly.

When should players arrive to the ISKL campus?
• For U-12 sessions, players are encouraged to arrive before 8:00am everyday at the ISKL Ampang Hilir campus.
• For U-18 sessions, players are encouraged to arrive before 11:45am everyday.
• * Exception for 1st day of Clinics (21st & 25th of October 2023), please refer to Opening Ceremony below.
When is the Opening Ceremony?
• The Opening Ceremony will be jointly held for the U-12/AM Sessions and the U-18/PM Sessions at 11.30 a.m. on the first day of the Clinic – 21st & 25th October.
• * Therefore, on the 1st day of the clinic (21st October and /or 25th October, as applicable to you), all U-12/AM Session participants should remain in ISKL after their session and U-18/PM Session participants should be at ISKL by 11.00am.
When is the Closing Ceremony?
• The Closing Ceremony will be held on the last day of the clinic (23rd October and/or 27th October, as applicable to you), where all participants will be awarded their Certificate of Completion.
• This Ceremony will be held on 23rd October and 27th October at 11:30am for U -12 players.
• U -18 players have their Closing Ceremony on 23rd October and 27th October at 3:30pm.
• All participants MUST attend the OPENING & CLOSING ceremonies. Your child will only receive their certificate of completion at that closing ceremony.
How much is the cost?
The three days event, either the AM or PM session will cost a total of RM1,235 per child.
It includes a set of Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Malaysia jersey, shorts and socks.
